Domestic Shipping:
    
When we receive your payment, your item will be shipped with UPS. Their service is both fast and courteous, and we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on their website. Alternative shipping arrangements can be made upon your request, and shipments to APO/FPO addresses will be delivered by the United States Postal Service. Domestic Shipping includes all addresses in the lower 48 continental United States. For AL and HI patrons, please contact us for rates.

International Shipping:

International shipments are made by the US Postal Service. In most cases, we will ship the item using Priority Mail International Service. This service is similar to traditional Airmail for letters in most regards, and average delivery time is estimated at 6-12 days. PMI provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70 pounds to over 190 countries and territories worldwide.

Please be aware that your government may charge you taxes or fees upon receipt of the shipment for importing goods. You will be responsible for these costs, if applied. USPS does not have information readily available regarding these costs. Please contact your local post office/postal service to obtain further information.

Domestic Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Rarely, an item may be defective or become damaged in shipping. In either event, we will arrange to have the item returned to us, then send you a replacement item, at absolutely no cost to you.

Should you decide not to keep the item for any other reason, you are welcome to ship the item back to us. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We do not pay for return shipping costs should you change your mind. Please contact us directly to process return shipments.


International Return Policy:

You are welcome to return an unwanted item to us for a refund. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in new, un-opened condition or it will not be accepted. Items not meeting this criteria will be disposed of in a manner of your choice.

The refund amount for accepted items is limited to the original purchase price only. We do not refund any shipping charges involved with the transaction.

Rarely an item may become damaged by the postal carrier. In any such event we will assist you with filing an insurance claim (often a joint venture between post offices) an obtaining a replacement item.
