I am looking for a specific instrument, can you special order for me?
There
is no guarantee that we can or will be able to place an order, but we
will always consider requests within reason, and welcome queries in
this regard at any time.
What are your store hours?
Music
Brokers is open from 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday; 11am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday.
When will my order be shipped?
Typically,
items are packaged the same day they are ordered and shipped that
afternoon or the next morning. We will notify you electronically with
tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
May I pay with a credit card?
Yes,
we accept major credit cards, and we use Paypal Virtual Terminal to
verify all phone transactions. Please call 1-877-MUSIC-18.
How often is the site inventory updated?
It
is updated several times per week. If an item you wanted to purchase
has disappeared from the site, you can email the store or call to
inquire.
I received an item as a gift, what is the exchange policy on gifts?
As
long as the item is in new condition, you can exchange it or apply it
as store credit to another item. We can only refund the purchase
amount to the original buyer.
I sent an email but haven't received a response.
Occasionally
an email from us is blocked by a spam filter. Check your spam folder.
If you haven't received a response within 24 hours, please send your
inquiry again, or telephone us.
Can I get a catalog?
Because our inventory is constantly changing and being rotated, we do not have a printed catalog.
