Saga's new RK-2 Banjo kit offers a professional sounding instrument at a very moderate cost and gives you the thrill of accomplishment after creating your own, custom banjo! All difficult work is already done for you and clearly illustrated instructions make it ever easier.

    * Kit includes all parts to build a complete, playable 5 string resonator banjo
    * The rim is made of polished aluminum with an intergral tone ring that is pre-drilled to accomodate 24 brackets, neck and neck coordinater rod attachment
    * Solid mahogany neck with a fretted rosewood fingerboard and a distinct peghead design
    * The resonator is made from mahogony, and pre-routed for binding
    * Adjustable truss rod
    * Quality P-140 Planetary tuners and P-142 geared 5-th string peg
    * P-117 adjustable tailpiece
    * All hardware is heavily nickel plated
    * Complete with strings and detailed instructions
